Nojan Boloorchi


As CEO of Incentax Business Tax Credit Experts, The R&D Credit Company and President of Capital Credits Group, LLC, Nojan oversees Tax Credit studies for hundreds of businesses throughout the country. Cumulatively the firms generate tax savings in excess of $10,000,000 annually for clients ranging from financial institutions to manufacturing and technology companies.

Through years of taking advantage of underutilized tax incentives, Nojan has become a passionate advocate for helping businesses minimize income taxes. Nojan frequently lectures for various associations, including the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Payroll Association and various Chambers of Commerce bringing awareness of employment-based tax credits and sharing his vast knowledge across California and beyond.

Nojan graduated from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Corporate Financial Management. His career began at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the international tax department, where he assisted Fortune 500 multinational corporations with their transfer pricing analysis. Nojan is a proud member of the USC Alumni Association and enjoys riding his road bicycle and hiking.


Chunglin Linda Wang


Chunglin Linda Wang has more than 14 years of experiences in tax credits and incentives consulting and product and software application development. Before joining Incentax, LLC, Linda was a Partner at S&LV Tax Consultancy, LLC where in addition to overseeing business operations and client services, she focused much of her time conducting economic impact analysis and negotiating with multiple levels of government entities to assist clients in maximizing and obtaining non-statutory tax credits, incentives, and subsidies.

Before S&LV, Linda was a Director of Tax at PwC and was responsible to lead US ITs to replatform applications, and at the same time, utilizing her expertise in tax to maximize Federal and state tax incentives and increase clients’ bottom lines by providing technology solutions for identifying and documenting Federal and state tax benefits. Linda was also first to market and successfully expanded PwC Credits & Incentives practice to the Asian inbound markets, especially the Chinese inbound business markets and local communities.

Before PwC, she was the Chief Operating Officer at National Tax Credits Group, LLC where she innovatively designed and created software application infrastructure and database which identifies all Federal and state incentives zoning programs, and developed NTCG from a start-up to a business with clientele of more than 3,600 software licensees and tax credits and incentives consulting project clients, including all the Big 4s and Fortune 500 companies.

Linda is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her Bachelor’s degree in accounting, emphasis in both professional accounting and accounting information systems, and her Master’s degree in Business Taxation, from the Elaine and Kenneth Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.

Linda is fluent in both English and Chinese.


Geoffrey Gan, CCSP, MBA

Director of Engineering Services

Geoffrey Gan brings more than 16 years of professional experience related to cost segregation, software application development, and management consulting. Since 2004, he has overseen and performed hundreds of cost segregation studies, developed in-house and off-the-shelf software applications for a variety of financial technology platforms. He has assisted clients ranging from national homebuilders to small business owners.

Prior to joining Incentax, Geoff was a Senior Manager at a national cost segregation consulting firm, where he managed an engineering team, drove and assisted in sales, and wrote leadership articles. Geoff also developed the internal cost segregation software used to create cost modeling and tax asset allocations.

Before that, Geoff was a management consultant for The MASYC Group, a management and systems consulting business specializing in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementations. There, Geoff advised top management professionals on systems implementation strategies throughout the US.

Geoff has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science both from the University of Southern California (Marshall and Viterbi). Geoff is also a Certified Cost Segregation Professional (CCSP) as part of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (, which is the industry’s highest certification.


Misa Thai

Director of R&D Tax Credit Services

Misa Thai brings more than fourteen years of tax experience in public accounting related to the Research and Development (R&D) Tax Credits.

Prior to joining Incentax, she was a Senior Manager at E&Y and led many Fortune 500 company R&D engagements. Misa has a strong working knowledge of taxation that enables her to assist her clients with the implementation of an efficient and effective process to gather and document R&D studies.

Misa has experience in performing R&D tax credit studies for businesses in various industries including software, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and construction. Her experience working with a wide breadth of industries allows Misa to quickly ascertain the applicability of the R&D tax credits.

In addition to performing these studies, she has also assisted clients in preparing FIN 48 reserves related to the R&D credits and has successfully defended the research credit under both federal and state tax examinations.

Misa is an Enrolled Agent licensed with the IRS. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and Management from Albion College and is in the process of completing her Master of Accountancy degree from Golden Gate University.
